Kayla PTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have hired Danielle for multiple family matters. Danielle started the process by speaking with me to understand the situation and then outlined timing, the necessary steps and how we would be moving forward. She was always incredibly professional, organized and provided additional context when necessary. Most importantly, she led with integrity and genuine compassion. It was a challenging time, and I always felt I had a strong ally with Danielle in both day to day correspondences and within the courtroom. Danielle was also quick to provide updates and ensured I had copies of every record in a timely manner. I have, and continue to recommend Danielle for any family law needs. I can’t thank her enough for her integrity, compassion and timeliness during a very challenging time. Amanda MTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve worked with Danielle personally for my own family matters, as well as referred her to friends, and every single experience has been exceptional. She is incredibly organized, communicative, and genuinely cares about her clients. What stands out most is her ability to keep you calm and confident through what can often be an emotional and stressful process. You can truly feel that she has your best interests at heart every step of the way. I wouldn’t trust anyone else for family law. She’s the best in her field. John MTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Danielle is a phenomenal attorney. She has helped me through a number of different types of matters. I’m a family law attorney and counselor at law who has been licensed in Florida since 2012.
Born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida. I graduated from the University of Florida in 2006 with a BS in journalism and BA in political science (Cum Laude). In 2010, I graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where I also earned a Certificate of Child and Family Law and served as an editor of the Children’s Legal Rights Journal.
I have been licensed to practice law in Florida since January 2012. My practice has been exclusively focused in the areas of marital, family and adoption law. I find it rewarding to practice in this area of law as it is something that has such a significant and personal impact on my client’s lives.
I currently serve as the President of the Family Resource Center of Southwest Florida, Inc. and a member of the Association of Family Law Professionals (AFLP), Lee County Bar Association (LCBA), and past co-chair of the Family Law Section of the LCBA.

The divorce timeline varies on a case-by-case basis. Some clients come to me with settlement terms already generally negotiated, while others have not yet broached the subject with their spouse.
Generally, the more issues there are to work out, the longer it can take. Some factors can include if you have children, if you own a business, or other assets, if your counterpart agrees or disagrees with the terms, and if you have a pre/postnuptial agreement in place. We’ll discuss options and timeline for your specific situation.
Each family law case is unique. There is no way to predict how litigious or lengthy your case may be. We’ll discuss cost estimates of different variables in your consultation.
